1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD LINK?

Immediately. After you complete checkout and process payment, your download link(s) will immediately be sent to the email address associated with your purchase – There may be a good chance that you entered the incorrect email address upon checkout, but don’t worry… email us, and we’ll get you up and running ASAP!!!

The download link(s) will expire after 3 attempts or 36 hours, whichever you reach first. Please be sure to backup your digital downloads, in the event of a computer crash or misplaced storage location - we can not reactivate downloads after the expressed time frame.

2. CAN I PLAY THE VIDEO TUTORIALS ON MY PHONE?

If you are purchasing from an iPad or iPhone, Apple does not allow you to download anything straight to iTunes unless it's coming from iTunes. (It will let you play it, but not download it.) If you would like to play the videos from your iphone/ipad , one way is to download a 3rd party app browser like iCab, that will allow you to to download pretty much anything to your Apple device. Android users can download Inbrowser which is a 3rd party app for Android devices.

3. AFTER I PURCHASE A CUSTOMIZED TUTORIAL WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

We will process your customized tutorial within the timeframe you selected, weekends, and holidays are not included with your deadline. 4. CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR RETURN MY DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

Since www.gospelpatternsecrets.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

“One-Time Payment Products”
Refund Policy All products that incur a one-time payment option, that are offered under the Gospel Pattern Secrets LLC brand, have a 24 HOUR REFUND POLICY. This means that as a customer, you have the right to request a 100% complete refund within the first 24 hours your purchase with no downloads.

“Subscription Products”
Refund Policy All products that incur a recurring or subscription payment option, that are offered under the Gospel Pattern Secrets LLC brand, have a 24 HOUR REFUND POLICY, only on the initial purchase. Any recurring renewal charges are NOT subject to a refund. You must contact Gospel Pattern Secrets support before the renewal date to not be charged for an upcoming recurring payment. (Allow up to 48 hours for all cancellation requests.)

“Accidental Purchase”
Refund Policy If you’ve accidentally purchased an Instant Download product and did not download them, we will grant a refund as soon as possible. If our authorization department receives notification of active download attempts and the IP address where the items were downloaded concerning your particular purchase, then refunds cannot be granted.

How Refunds Work
The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product unless otherwise specified. Digital products you’ve downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you to not re-sell or otherwise re-distribute those files. Also if you get a refund but continue to use a product you purchased from us it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and can be subject to legal action).

How Cancellations Work
To cancel a recurring subscription, go to the manage subscription bar within your membership account and select cancel. You will have access to the tutorials for the remaining time of your monthly subscription. IMPORTANT: You must be logged into your account to see the manage subscription button. How to Request a Refund Email your refund request to support@gospelpatternsecrets.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us get to it quickly.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION:
Your refund is sent to your bank or card immediately however, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account.

It would be very helpful to us if you’d also tell us why you’re requesting a refund. This is NOT required, and we won’t use this information to try and “sell” you something else. But we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be blessed!
